Sip and Paint Parties are a fun way to raise some cash for your non-profit! We can work with you to help make your event a lot of fun and raise some money for a great cause. We provide all the art materials, set up, clean up and two hour art lesson. We’ll even help promote your event with a website listing and Facebook posts to share.
- The sale of tickets to the fundraiser is your responsibility. Your group will be required to sell tickets to the event – I will print them for you.
- Absolutely NO “Walk-ins” and NO “Pay-at-the-Door” ALL tickets must be paid for in advance.
- Minimum 15 paid attendees – below this the event may be cancelled.
- You coordinate the location for your event and any refreshments
- Your volunteers are expected to pitch in and help with set-up and tear-down to help offset our lowered price.
- We expect your group to promote the event with facebook posts and ticket sales.
What does it Include?
- Two hours of painting instruction
- All painting supplies including paint aprons, easels, brushes and high quality acrylic paint.
- Food and drinks are NOT included
